Patimban Global Gateway Terminal (PGT) is a world‑class deep‑sea port and integrated logistics hub strategically located in Subang, Central Java, Indonesia. Developed with the support of the Government of Japan, PGT represents a strategic collaboration between leading international and local partners – Africa Global Logistics (AGL), Toyota Tsusho Corporation, and Samudera Indonesia. Together, we are building a modern gateway that connects Indonesia to global markets through efficient, reliable, and environmentally responsible port operations.

Responsibilities
IT Systems & Infrastructure
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems including servers, storage, and backup solutions.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services (Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity).
Perform regular system updates, patches, and maintenance.
Network & Connectivity
Maintain and support network infrastructure (LAN, Wi‑Fi).
Ensure reliable connectivity across offices and operational areas.
Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
Application & System Support
Ensure infrastructure and network are reliable and 24/7 available for operations and business purposes by supporting L1 business and operational applications.
Act as key contact between end‑users and application support teams and provide first technical analysis.
Manage user access, system configurations, and application permissions.
Perform on‑site technical support and troubleshoot issues.
Coordinate system upgrades and changes with minimal service disruption.
Cybersecurity & Data Protection
Implement basic cybersecurity controls and access management.
Ensure regular system backups and data protection.
Support incident response related to IT security or system failures.
IT Support & Troubleshooting
Provide technical support to users for IT systems, workspaces and applications.
Diagnose and resolve system, hardware, and software technical issues.
Escalate complex issues to vendors, senior IT staff or application support teams when required.
Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and standard procedures.
Suggest improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
Support IT projects and technology improvements as assigned.
Qualifications
English speaking ability is a must.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in IT system or infrastructure support.
Experience with servers, storage, and backup solutions is required.
Experience in access control systems is advantageous.
Experience in container terminal seaport, industrial, logistics, or 24/7 operational environments is an advantage.
Good problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Willingness to provide on‑call or standby support if required.
Proven experience in incident management, service request management and troubleshooting.
Experience working in a Microsoft Systems Engineering role (Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, Windows 11).
Experience with virtualization hypervisors (VMWare or Hyper‑V).
Working knowledge of DNS and DHCP deployments and best practice.
Experience with Citrix troubleshooting and RDP.
Network knowledge (firewall maintenance / LAN, Wi‑Fi).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
