Job Description
Manage and oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, coordinating the work of cross-functional teams
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans & execution, budgets, procurement coordination, QA & compliance, and schedules to meet organisational objectives
Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure smooth project delivery
Identify and mitigate risks, and implement effective problem‑solving strategies
Continuously monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the construction team
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 8 years of proven experience in a senior construction management role, preferably within the food and beverage industry/Retail/FMCG
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, coordinate, and execute complex construction projects
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to think strategically
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and construction‑related tools
