IT Business Partner

Job Description: Act as a liaison between business users and IT / ERP / data teams to gather, understand, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions Manage stakeholders by communicating project progress, performance, and IT service delivery updates to both business and IT teams Oversee project execution by monitoring scope, quality, timelines, and ensuring delivery aligns with agreed requirements Support business continuity by handling and coordinating escalations related to IT service delivery Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners to ensure effective collaboration and delivery Work cross-functionally with business teams, IT, and vendors to ensure solutions are delivered properly and address real business needs

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, or related fields 3 years of relevant experience Strong general skills in design thinking, critical thinking, communication, and project management Strong written and verbal communication skills with good analytical skills Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively with both business and IT teams Comfortable working in a cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environment
