Job Description

Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently

Inspect received items for damage or discrepancies and report any issues

Update inventory records using our management system

Organise and maintain the stockroom and storage areas

Assist with stock rotation and ensure proper storage of all items

Prepare and pack outgoing shipments

Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations

Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Provide support to other departments as needed

Assist customers with inquiries and product locations when required

Adhere to HACCP procedures and policies to ensure food safety

Qualifications

Diploma in Accounting / Finance

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity

Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and relevant accounting systems

Good communication skills

Service oriented with an eye for details

Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team

Self‑motivated and energetic

Well‑presented and professionally groomed at all times
