Job Description

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for

creating, developing and executing marketing strategies

that:

enhance our brand image,

increase brand awareness,

relevance,

drive sales across all channels.

This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to deliver consistent and compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate with the senior management team to define and refine the brand's positioning, target audience, and brand voice. Develop a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's values, mission, and long-term goals.

Marketing Campaigns: Conceive, lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns for both physical stores and e-commerce, including seasonal promotions, product launches, and special events. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touch-points.

Digital Marketing: Define, develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and influencer marketing. Optimize digital campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions on the e-commerce platform.

Retail Store Marketing: Plan and execute in-store marketing initiatives, visual merchandising, and store promotions to enhance the customer experience and drive foot traffic to physical stores.

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and assess brand perception. Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and make data-backed decisions.

Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to different marketing initiatives and optimizing ROI across channels.

Brand Partnerships: Identify and negotiate potential brand partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorship to enhance brand visibility and reach new customer segments.

e-commerce Growth: Work closely with the e-commerce team to enhance the online shopping experience, improve website conversion rates, and drive online sales.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Sales Revenue: Ach revenue targets for both physical stores and e-commerce.

Brand Awareness: Measure and improve brand recognition and recall through surveys and other metrics.

Customer Acquisition and Retention: Monitor and enhance customer acquisition rates and retention metrics.

Conversion Rate: Optimize conversion rates for both physical store visits and e-commerce transactions.

Return on Investment (ROI): Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and ensure a positive ROI.

Social Media Engagement: Increase social media followers, engagement rates, and brand mentions.

Website Traffic: Boost website traffic and track user behaviour on the website.

Customer Feedback: Monitor customer reviews and feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Brand Manager or Marketing Manager in the jewelleryor fashion, beauty, luxury retail industry, preferably in Bali.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

Demonstrated success in driving sales and brand growth in both physical and digital channels.

Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce best practices.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
