Report: Business Line Manager-Service (SEA)
Job Summary
We are seeking a driven
Service Manager
to lead service sales growth and operational excellence in Indonesia. Reporting to the Service BLM, this role supports the Regional Service Sales Manager in driving sustainable, profitable growth through service product offerings and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Sales Growth: Implement service sales strategies across SEA region; promote service products (e.g., Tool Cover, Calibration, Contracts, Remote Services).
Customer Engagement: Act as a bridge between customers and operations; ensure service delivery meets customer needs and satisfaction.
Sales Efficiency: Improve quote strike rates, track activities, and use tools like Salesforce for forecasting and performance analysis.
Team Development: Lead competence development, training, and certification for sales and technical staff; build a talent pipeline.
Financial Control: Manage receivables, negotiate payment terms, and control sales and marketing costs.
Operational Excellence: Optimize service networks (field, workshop, onsite); standardize workflows; manage service schedules and preventive maintenance.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product sales, projects, and key account managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Partner Development: Manage certified service partners and service product portfolio.
Mission

Experience Requirements
Strong experience in sales development and understanding clearly on sales process
Experiences in value proposition selling to customers
Experiences or understanding the need of customers on after sales service
Experiences in working with both sales team and service team would be a plus
Knowledge
Good command of English language both oral and written
Full computer literacy (Excel, Word, Power Point) and preferably conversant with MS Office 365
Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical.

Hybrid. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia.
