Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Responsibilities include creating accurate cost estimates for projects, analyzing project requirements, preparing tender and contract documents, and conducting cost analysis for construction projects. The role also involves ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints, collaborating with project teams, and providing advice on cost optimization strategies. The Estimator/Quantity Surveyor will play a critical role in ensuring financial efficiency and project success.

Qualifications Proficiency in cost estimating and budgeting Knowledge of tender preparation, contract documentation, and bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Proficiency in technical tools such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation software Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field Experience in the interior design or construction industry is a significant advantage Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
