Ourcutting edgetechnology,manufacturing proficiencyand responsive technical services deliver the Tier One capabilities Customers require Responsibilities Able to manage quality issue (internal/External) and 8D report Understand International standard ISO 14001, IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610 Understand International standard ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, IPC-A-620 To manage product quality issue and communicate with Program on customer requirement. To conduct inspection data analysis and define the top problem and conduct meeting toensure corrective measure isimplement Assist in the compilation and analyze of quality performance for submission to managementfor review and discussion Assist in conducting Internal Audit To ensure quality inspections/ improvement activities are being conducted To generate quality related work instruction. Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior managementany quality problemsordefects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrenceof the problem Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.To be able to perform FA activities

Qualifications Diploma/Bachelor degree Experience min. 2 years To be able to perform FA activities To be able to ensure that effectiveness implementation of Preventive and corrective action Able to conduct RCA and 8D Able to facilitate improvement program with such improvement tools eg QCC, Six Sigmamethodology, lean manufacturing. Able to demonstrate effective leadership Able to perform SPC, MSA, PPAP and APQP related to Quality Proven work experience in Cable Harness process Proven work experience in software quality assurance Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing Hands-on experience with automated testing tools Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
