Responsibilities
Review, validate, and analyze salary survey and market compensation data.
Conduct salary benchmarking exercises to assess internal pay structures against market standards.
Identify compensation trends and provide insights into market competitiveness across roles and job families.
Synthesize survey findings into actionable recommendations, including salary range adjustments, pay positioning, and overall compensation structure improvements.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1)
At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) or Compensation & Benefit (Comben)
