Sales Manager – Structural Steel (Domestic Projects)

Sales Manager – Structural Steel (Domestic Projects) Develop and execute sales strategies for structural steel fabrication projects (industrial buildings, factories, warehouses, infrastructure, etc.).

Identify and pursue project opportunities from main contractors, EPC companies, developers, and project owners.

Manage end-to-end tender processes: technical clarification, commercial proposals, negotiation, and contract closing.

Coordinate closely with engineering, estimation, production, and project teams to ensure competitive and executable proposals.

Build and maintain long‑term relationships with strategic clients.

Monitor sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and target achievement.

Provide market feedback (pricing, competitors, project trends) to management.

Placement : Jakarta.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 10–15 years of experience in structural steel fabrication or steel construction project sales.

Strong network within the domestic project market (contractors, EPC, developers).

Good understanding of:

Steel structure drawings and technical specifications

Fabrication and erection processes

Project cost structure and margin management

Experience handling medium to large-scale project tenders

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Target‑oriented while maintaining discipline in risk and profitability control.

Willing to work with high mobility and project deadlines.

Experience in steel fabricator / heavy industry is preferred.

Experience handling industrial, factory, or large infrastructure projects.

Able to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑growing environment.
