Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage overall branch performance (Sales, Credit & Collection) • Develop business strategy and expand market network • Ensure portfolio quality and business growth • Manage team productivity and operational excellence Requirements: • Minimum Bachelor Degree (Management, Business, Finance or related) • 3-5 years experience in Multifinance / Financial Services • Strong leadership & people management skills • Strong understanding of credit analysis, sales strategy & collection monitoring • Familiar with Palembang market and dealer network is a plus
