Role Description

This is an internship position as a Business Sales Executive based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role is hybrid, allowing for a blend of in-office work and remote tasks. Key responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, building relationships with customers, and driving sales initiatives. The intern will collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to meet client needs and achieve organizational sales goals.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Service Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders Sales and Business Development abilities to identify opportunities and drive growth Proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both verbal and written communication) Familiarity with the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving business outcomes
