Job Description
Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to identify current and future staffing needs and priorities based on patient volume, specializations, and organizational growth plans.
Develop and implement diverse sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential doctors using online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess doctors qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Ensure all candidates meet strict healthcare regulations and credentialing requirements, including verifying medical licenses, certifications, education, and conducting thorough background checks.
Act as the primary liaison, coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and multiple stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Oversee the job offer and contract negotiation process, including discussions on salary, benefits, and relocation assistance, to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
Requirements
Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology / Management from reputable university with a minimum 3.00 GPA
At least 3 years of experience in related field for Hospital.
Experienced in the pharmaceutical field is prioritized.
Having a good understanding about HR Function.
Good analytical thinking and able to work under pressure.
Tech-savvy and computer literate.
