Responsibilities

Technically design and enhance or customize PeopleSoft application as per Business Requirement.

Handle PeopleSoft HCM Module such as Workforce Administration, Absence Management, Global Payroll, and Medical Reimbursement, etc.

Conduct System Testing or User Training.

Provide support and maintenance to all PeopleSoft modules.

Recommend technical solutions for PeopleSoft application related to database and server.

Understand Business Concept or Business Flow of HRIS (Human Resource Information System).

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.

1–2 years of experience in designing and developing application.

Knowledge in HRIS such as Oracle Peoplesoft or other HRIS Application.

Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET (MVC, API, Web Form), HTML, CSS, JQuery, Angular JS, or Coldfusion.

Technical knowledge in SQL Server or Oracle DB such as SQL, Stored Procedure, Function, Trigger, etc.

Understanding of database and server architecture.
