Sales Engineer

In this full‑time position based in Cengkareng, Jakarta, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our products and solutions for the palm oil industry. As a key member of our growing business, you will play a vital role in achieving our ambitious growth targets. What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory; create leads, make sales calls, and convert them to opportunities. Engage with potential customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend the best products and solutions available. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects. Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate and coordinate with the operations teams for installation and commissioning plans. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline, and work closely with the sales admin coordinator. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth. Support promotional activities such as exhibitions. What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably within the analytical industry. Strong verbal communication skill in English (essential). Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex engineering concepts. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical information into compelling business solutions. Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross‑functional teams. Willingness to travel and adjust to dynamic business environments. What we offer
