Functional–Technical Consultant

with hands‑on experience in

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

to support end‑to‑end ERP operations, enhance system performance, and collaborate with finance, production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless business processes.

Functional–Technical Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O)

Functional Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into D365 F&O functional configurations.

Support core modules:

Finance, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse, Production Control .

Configure Product Masters, BOM, Routes, Item Groups, and Costing for manufacturing operations.

Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and production flows specific to cable manufacturing.

Conduct user training, system integration test and documentation.

Support month‑end closing, inventory reconciliation, and production reporting.

Technical Responsibilities

Design, customize, and troubleshoot D365 processes with basic understanding of

X++ , extensions, and integrations.

Work with Data Management (Data Entities, import/export, mapping).

Coordinate integrations with

Power BI , Power Automate, and external applications.

Handle system monitoring, LCS tickets, and environment updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.

Experience as a Functional Consultant or Technical Consultant in Dynamics 365 F&O / AX.

Understanding of production workflows, BOM structures, inventory dimensions, and costing.

Familiarity with X++, extensions, and API integrations.

Strong analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of quality control, batch management, and material traceability.

Experience implementing or supporting Power BI dashboards for finance & operations.

Ability to manage multiple ERP support tasks under tight deadlines.

Exposure to full‑cycle ERP enhancements and digital transformation projects.

Collaborative environment with strong learning and development support.
