What You’ll Do

Lead the Indonesian business with full P&L accountability and responsibility for growth.

Drive sales performance, margin improvement, and market share expansion.

Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing local leadership team.

Oversee operations across Surabaya (manufacturing/service) and Jakarta (sales/commercial/admin).

Ensure compliance with Indonesian corporate and legal regulations as company representative.

Strengthen relationships with major mining companies, EPCMs, and conveyor OEMs.

Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to shape PROK’s regional growth agenda.

What You’ll Bring

Proven executive leadership experience in industrial, mining services, or heavy engineering sectors (materials handling a strong advantage).

MBA or postgraduate qualifications preferred.

Strong commercial and financial acumen: managing budgets, contracts, and EBIT delivery.

A strong ethical compass and ability to lead with integrity.

Demonstrated success building customer relationships at senior levels and negotiating large contracts.

Skilled in leading cross‑cultural teams and working within multinational organisations.

Resilience, adaptability, and a track record of delivering results in growth or transformation environments.

Ability to travel frequently across Indonesia and the region.
