General Requirement Minimum two years experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star hotel Experience in resort operations will be an advantage. Fluent in spoken and written English. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Min. diploma degree with educational background relevant to the position. (JSI-FBM), (ISI-SC). Skilled in budgeting, expense management, and cost variance analysis. (IS-FBM). Skilled in cocktails, mocktails, and basic bar operations, (151-BAR) Skilled in manual brew and espresso-based techniques. (ISI-BST)
