We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Procurement Staff/Supervisor Level to join our dynamic team. Key Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Engineering, Accounting, or related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing.

Experience using Microsoft Office & ERP systems (preferably Accurate & Odoo).

Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes.

Ability to conduct price analysis, vendor comparison, and negotiation.

Strong knowledge of budget control and BOQ (Bill of Quantity).

Experienced in handling Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).

Able to ensure on-time delivery aligned with project timelines.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Good communication and coordination skills across departments.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.

Target-oriented and KPI-driven.

What the role involves

Provide full support for all procurement needs related to Odoo implementation (all tasks and assignments) to ensure project completion aligned with Company KPI targets (100%).

Review and verify Purchase Requests (PR) from users to ensure completeness and compliance.

Issue Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and in a timely manner.

Monitor and follow up on PO status to ensure 100% on-time delivery (monthly target).

Ensure goods/services are delivered before the user’s required date.

Conduct vendor sourcing and ensure the availability of comparison vendors for every submission (monthly compliance).

Prepare price comparison analysis and negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms with vendors.

Ensure all purchases comply with approved budgets and BOQ (monthly compliance).

Coordinate closely with users, finance, and project teams to support operational needs.

Maintain proper procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company SOP.

Prepare monthly reports on PO issuance, delivery performance, vendor compliance, and budget realization.
