We are currently seeking a motivated and well-connected

Sales Agent – Long Term Rental

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities Promote and market long-term rental properties (villas, apartments, studios)

Handle inquiries and convert leads into confirmed leases

Conduct property viewings with potential tenants

Build and maintain relationships with agents, digital nomads, and relocation clients

Manage listing platforms, WhatsApp groups, and agent networks

Negotiate rental terms and assist with booking documentation

Achieve monthly leasing targets

Requirements Based in Bali and familiar with Canggu, Uluwatu, and Ubud rental market

Minimum 1–2 years experience in property, villa rental, or real estate sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Active network in Bali property/rental market is a strong advantage

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Able to work independently and as part of a team
