Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Law/Human Resource Management from reputable University
Minimum of 10 years of working in HRGA field, with 5 years in Retail National Company
Have good communication skill, good personality, attention to detail and Strong leadership & management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Have knowledge of HR System
Strategic thinking and planning abilities
Must be familiar with Indonesia labor laws and other government regulations related to employment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR Strategies aligned with the overall business goals. This involves creating plans to enhance employee performance, engagement, and career growth
Responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle. This includes recruitment, selection, training, performance evaluation and career development
Identify training needs and create program to enhance skills
Crafting and updating policies such as job descriptions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Ensure Compliance with Indonesian Labor Laws and regulations.
Uphold discipline and issue warning letters to Employees who violate the Company Regulations and ensure corrective action is taken
Involved in drafting and updating employment contracts
Serve as a contact of HR-related employee issues
Coordinate and maintain good relation with external parties such as community around company location, government and business partners.
Prepare HR Metrics and reports for the Board of Directors
Analyze data to identify trends and develop action plan
