Base pay range Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance analysis against business targets.

Ensure compliance with PSAK, tax regulations, and internal policies.

Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and filings.

Revenue Management & Recurring Payments

Monitor and reconcile all incoming payments from customer subscriptions.

Collaborate closely with the Sales & Customer Experience Team to ensure accurate revenue tracking, including renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.

Ensure proper revenue recognition for recurring and deferred income in line with SaaS accounting practices.

Identify trends in customer payments, subscription churn, and potential financial risks.

System Development & Process Automation

Lead and oversee the development of Majoo’s internal finance system, ensuring it aligns with operational and compliance needs.

Evaluate and streamline existing financial workflows to improve automation and reduce manual intervention.

Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Experience) to implement data integration between systems (e.g., CRM, billing, accounting).

Continuously monitor and enhance system efficiency, ensuring scalability for Majoo’s growing customer base.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Supervise and mentor the Finance, Accounting, and Procurement team to ensure high performance and adherence to deadlines.

Foster collaboration across departments to support business decisions with financial insights.

Support senior management with ad-hoc analysis and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or professional certification is a plus point).

Minimum 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.

Proven experience in SaaS, fintech, or subscription-based business models.

Strong understanding of revenue recognition, deferred revenue, and subscription payment cycles.

Experience in system implementation or process automation within finance operations is highly desirable.

Proficiency with any kind of ERP or accounting software (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Xero, or similar).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
