Job Description
As a
Brand Support Intern , you will support the daily administrative and operational activities of the Brand Partnership team. This role focuses on merchant registration & documentation, reporting, and system administration, while also assisting the Senior Brand Support in compiling and maintaining activity reports from the Brand Trainer & Checker team.
Position : Brand Support Intern (6 months)
Requirements :
Final-year student or fresh graduate from Business, Management, Operations, Economics, or related fields.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Comfortable working with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
Able to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Willing to learn and take direction from senior team members.
Good communication skills and professional attitude.
Responsibilities :
Merchant Administration & Documentation
Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining merchant contracts, agreements, and supporting documents.
Support merchant account registration and activation in internal systems.
Reporting & Data Compilation
Compile daily and weekly reports related to merchant activities and operational performance.
Organize data from multiple sources into structured, easy-to-read reports.
Operational Support
Support day-to-day operational tasks related to merchant onboarding and activation.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information or documents.
Documentation & Process Support
Assist in ad-hoc tasks related to Brand Operations and merchant support.
