Position Summary We’re Hiring a Civil & Facility Manager

We are looking for an experienced

Civil & Facility Manager

to lead the maintenance and development of our civil infrastructure and site facilities at

Banggai Ammonia Plant . This role ensures operational efficiency, project quality, cost control, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement and sustainable site operations.

Work Location:

Site Banggai Ammonia Plant, Kabupaten Banggai

Reporting Line:

This position reports directly to the Facility & Civil Head

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (S.T./B.Eng/BSc).

Having minimum 15–20 years of working experience in facility or civil project management, including 3–5 years in a managerial position.

Preferably from Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Industrial Construction, or Petrochemical Industry.

Chartered/Professional Engineer, SMK3, or Environmental Certification.

Having training experience in Project Management, Construction Safety, Facility Management Systems, Budgeting & Cost Control, Vendor Management.

Strong leadership and strategic planning

Expertise in civil engineering and construction management

Budgeting and cost optimization

Regulatory compliance (SMK3/SML, building codes)

Vendor and contract management

Strong communication and negotiation ability

Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily facility and infrastructure maintenance at the site.

Lead and coordinate civil construction projects to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.

Manage operations of site camps and associated facilities.

Develop and control annual budgets for maintenance and construction.

Verify BOQs, evaluate vendor performance, and approve invoices.

Ensure compliance with SMK3 and SML standards.

Implement internal control systems for maintenance and civil works.

Monitor and report non-conformities, leading corrective and preventive actions.

Drive continuous improvement in facility management processes and cost efficiency.
