Classroom Teacher

Key Responsibilities Promote and nurture the education of students by planning and tailoring courses of study according to curriculum guidelines and school requirements.

Monitor, assist, correct, and grade student results under school requirements.

Intercept deterioration in achievement by counseling students with academic difficulties; drawing on the school system's resources for additional academic assistance.

Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy educational environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures.

Provide an enjoyable, fun, engaging, challenging teaching-learning process in the classroom.

Keep parents informed by maintaining records of academic performance, attendance, and social acclimation; report on all elements of student development at parent-teacher conferences.

Create a quality learning environment by engaging parents and creating healthy relationships with students and faculty.

Maintain order in the classroom by counseling students with behavioral problems.

Requirements Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a Related Discipline (Psychology or PG SD or PG PAUD)

Minimum 3 years in the educational field

Excellent verbal and written language skills: English IELTS Certification Level A or B+, Bahasa Indonesia

Practical knowledge of the principles, theories, methods, techniques, and strategies about teaching and instruction

Excellent skills in the planning, organizing, developing, and conducting of a comprehensive teaching and instruction program

Mastery of Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Google Classroom
