PT Higienis Indonesia is building a scalable digital revenue engine for premium home appliances (air purifier & dehumidifier category).
We are looking for a Marketing Lead who can take full ownership of website revenue growth through structured SEO, high-intent Google Ads, and full-funnel Meta Ads strategy.
This is a revenue leadership role, not a social media or campaign execution role.
Your Mission
Scale website revenue sustainably
Dominate high-intent Google search traffic
Build structured acquisition & retargeting systems
Improve ROAS and conversion rate
Create a measurable, data-driven growth framework
Key Responsibilities
Develop 6–12 month performance marketing roadmap
Lead SEO strategy (technical, content structure, commercial keywords)
Manage & scale Google Ads (Search & Performance Max)
Lead Meta Ads strategy (acquisition, retargeting & conversion)
Optimize landing pages & website conversion rate
Ensure GA4 & tracking accuracy
Allocate and optimize marketing budget efficiently
Deliver clear revenue performance reporting
✅ Requirements
Minimum 5 years in performance marketing
Proven track record increasing website revenue
Experience managing mid-to-large advertising budgets
Strong understanding of high-consideration product marketing
Analytical, strategic, and revenue-oriented mindset
Comfortable being accountable for revenue targets
