Senior Architect

About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join PT The Paralian Uluwatu' as a Senior Architect. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of innovative architectural projects at our stunning Bali‑based resort. Your expertise and creative vision will be instrumental in shaping the future of our luxury accommodation and world‑class facilities.

What you’ll be doing

Lead the conceptual design, feasibility studies, and planning for new construction and renovation projects

Collaborate closely with the project management team to oversee the execution of architectural designs

Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers in the team

Contribute to the development of the company’s architectural design guidelines and standards

Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to align on project requirements and deliverables

Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and design

What we’re looking for

A bachelor's or master’s degree in Architecture or a related field

Minimum 6 years of post‑qualification experience in architecture, with a focus on luxury hospitality or high‑end residential projects

Exceptional design and technical skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and innovation

Proficient in the use of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, and decision‑making abilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with cross‑functional teams

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work

Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices
