Director of Financial Planning and Analysis Adecco Indonesia is seeking a strategic and commercially minded

Director of FP&A

to lead financial planning, business performance management, and decision support for our client. This role is critical in driving profitable growth, operational efficiency, and strategic investments across our client’s network.

We are specifically looking for candidates with strong business acumen gained in the

hospital sector , given the industry’s complexity, scale, and customer‑centric business models. The ideal candidate will be able to apply that expertise to transform the financial planning approach, balancing patient outcomes with sustainable profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, providing forward‑looking insights to support strategic decisions.

Drive P&L optimization across hospitals, clinics, and new business lines; establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor operational and financial health.

Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CFO, and business leaders; challenge assumptions and provide actionable recommendations to maximize performance.

Lead financial modeling for new business units, M&A, digital initiatives, and service expansion projects.

Oversee implementation of advanced financial systems, analytics, and reporting tools to drive data‑driven decision‑making.

Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing FP&A team capable of supporting a fast‑growing group.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional qualification (CPA, CFA, CA) preferred.

15+ years of experience

in FP&A, commercial finance, or strategy roles, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.

Proven experience in the

hospital sector

with strong exposure to complex business models, large‑scale customer base economics, and capital‑intensive projects.

Strong financial modeling, scenario planning, and data analytics capabilities.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Commercially sharp, with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable business strategies.
