Location: West Jakarta, Jakarta, ID

We are looking for a HR Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist to meet manpower needs across all business units.

Responsibilities

Develop recruitment strategies to meet manpower needs across all business units.

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.

Manage multiple recruitment channels (job portals, social media, referrals).

Coordinate closely with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and timelines.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

Conduct employer branding activities to strengthen the company’s presence in the market.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Support improvements in recruitment systems, processes, and assessment tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field.

3–5 years of strong experience in end-to-end recruitment; experience in managerial or coordinator level is a plus.

Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

Strong interviewing and assessment skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and result-driven.

Willing to travel or support recruitment activities across locations if needed.
