Tenant Coordinator

Responsibilities: Role as primary liaison between B2B relations, management & building operation to Fostering a welcoming and professional environment with the business owner/representative (tenant) Maintain accurate records of business representative interactions, complaints, and resolution professionally and promptly. Provide comprehensive reporting on business representatives (tenant) satisfaction, occupancy, and retention Overseeing daily operation and business representatives' (tenant) feedback to keep on improving excellent service delivery and retention strategies

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Management / Business Administration / Communication, or a related field from a reputable university Minimum of 7-8 years of excellence in Tenant Relationship, experienced in warehousing/property management, is preferable Proven ability & strong knowledge of tenant relationship & management Exceptional skills in customer service excellence, interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and organizational skills Willing to be located in the Tangerang area
