Senior Legal Manager

Talent Acquisition at IDN - We are always hiring! Senior Legal Manager will be responsible in ensuring the company’s legal and regulatory compliance, managing contracts, and providing sound legal advice that supports our business operations and growth.

Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements and contracts (partnership, vendor, commercial, IP, etc.).

Ensure company operations and projects comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Provide legal advisory support for business decisions and risk assessments.

Handle and coordinate litigation cases (civil and criminal), including working closely with external counsel.

Manage corporate legal documentation, permits, and company governance matters.

Monitor and implement updates to laws and regulations relevant to the company’s business.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Business, HR, Finance, Operations) to address legal issues.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree or advocate license is a plus).

Experienced in legal practice, with a strong foundation in a law firm and/or corporate legal department.

Proven experience handling corporate legal, commercial contracts, litigation, and regulatory compliance.

Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and government procedures.

Background in media, entertainment, technology, or e-commerce industry preferred.

Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
