This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Marketing and Sales Engineer based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves conducting market research to identify potential business opportunities, engaging directly with clients to understand their needs, and presenting technical solutions. The candidate will be responsible for preparing sales proposals, conducting customer presentations, and collaborating closely with internal teams to drive marketing and sales strategies. Additionally, the individual will support post-sales technical requirements to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications

Strong Analytical and Market Research skills to identify trends and opportunities in the industry. Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to develop strategies and meet sales targets effectively. Excellent Communication skills for clear and professional interaction with clients and internal teams. Ability to learn and understand technical product details to align solutions with customer needs. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred. Prior experience or knowledge in the steel or construction materials industry is a plus. Proficiency in ERP/CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
