Sales Performance Monitoring Officer

Monitor the daily activities of the Sales team (Promoters, SPL, and MRO) mainly through phone calls. Review individual performance and assess how each team member contributes to sales targets. Check Promoter attendance and ensure it matches the assigned schedule. Track daily team activities, including the number of incoming leads or customer interactions. Ensure compliance by verifying attendance and field activities such as customer visits, while helping prevent potential fraud. Provide feedback, support, and guidance based on performance data to help the sales team grow and improve. Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in a similar or related role. Proficient in spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel.
