Job Description

Guide and mentor teachers to raise the standard and performance in the centre

Build a team with positive morale and highly competitive educators

Good leadership skills in leading a team to meet company objectives

Well verse in local regulatory agencies requirement, licensing, health and safety regulations etc

Work closely with relevant agencies or partner to fulfill requirement

Prepare and control expenditures

Maintain a healthy enrolment rates

Maintaining good relations with parents, business partner, government bodies etc

Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations as established by the official sources

Prepare monthly reports and other relevant documents required by the management

Need not have many years of experience managing centre

Confident and speaks well and enjoy interaction with people

Organized and detailed in administration

Qualifications

Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Degree in any discipline, with Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL)

At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in a childcare setting including infant care

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership qualities with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives

Strong knowledge in curriculum and pedagogy
