Responsibilities

Revamp and enhance existing packaging designs, including updates to color palettes, typography, and overall layout.

Create visually compelling packaging that stands out and captures consumer attention.

Contribute original design ideas—such as unique patterns, color themes, and visual accents—for future product lines.

Recommend creative layout structures and packaging improvements that boost usability while maintaining brand consistency.

Able to produce 3D design visuals and prototypes

Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to improve both visual quality and production workflow.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

At least 1 year of hands-on experience in packaging or graphic design, ideally within the FMCG industry.

Strong aesthetic sense with solid skills in layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & 3D Visual Softwares ( Rhinocheros/Blender/Fusion360 or similar softwares)

Open to and capable of working full-time on-site in Bekasi, Indonesia.
