DGI is a key organization providing strategic and practical support to 6 Daewoong subsidiaries across Indonesia. Based in Jakarta and Bali, we manage various functions including HR, legal, finance, administration, IT, and public relations. By offering systematic and efficient support, we help each business unit achieve its best performance with solutions tailored to the local market environment. We also ensure that Daewoong Group’s vision and mission are effectively communicated throughout our subsidiaries in Indonesia, playing a central role in driving sustainable growth. Manage HR activities across 6 core corporations : DGI (Daewoong Group Indonisia), DPI (Daewoong Pharmaceutical Indonesia), DBI (Daewoong Bio Indonesia), Selatox Bio Pharma, EZMedicom International, CBI (CGBio Indonesia)
Your Role in this Journey:
Key Responsibilities
1. Learning & Development Strategy and Execution (Soft Skill Focus)
Design and execute end-to-end soft skill and leadership development programs aligned with business priorities, organizational values, and pharmaceutical industry standards.
Lead organization-wide
Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
by integrating performance appraisal results,
workload analysis (WLA) , competency gaps, and management inputs.
Translate TNA results into an annual learning roadmap and prioritized development initiatives.
Ensure learning programs support ISO 9001 requirements related to competence, awareness, and continuous improvement.
2. Talent, Competency & Workforce Capability Development
Implement and continuously refine behavioral and leadership competency frameworks aligned with job families and career paths.
Drive
Individual Development Plan (IDP)
formulation and monitoring based on performance appraisal and workload data.
Design and facilitate leadership, managerial, and soft skill development programs to strengthen capability and readiness.
3. Performance Appraisal & Workload Integration
Act as the subject matter expert for performance appraisal processes using the
WORKDAY application .
Integrate performance results and
Workload Analysis (WLA)
data to identify soft skill gaps, productivity risks, and development priorities.
Advise leaders on development-oriented performance discussions and post-appraisal follow-up actions.
4. Organizational Culture, Engagement & Employee Branding Collaboration
Lead culture and engagement initiatives aligned with Daewoong Indonesia’s values and quality mindset.
Collaborate closely with the Employee Branding function to ensure learning and development initiatives reinforce a consistent employer brand.
Ensure development programs promote leadership accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement culture.
5. Training Evaluation, ISO Support & Reporting
Ensure soft skill training programs comply with
ISO 9001 (Clause 7.2, 7.3, 7.5, and 9.1)
within HR scope.
Evaluate training effectiveness and performance outcome metrics.
Maintain proper training documentation, records, and reports to support audits and management reviews.
6. Stakeholder Partnership
Partner with department heads and HR functions to align people development initiatives with business needs.
Coordinate with external training vendors while ensuring quality, relevance, and budget efficiency.
Act as an internal consultant for leadership development and soft skill capability building.

Bachelor’s degree in
Psychology, Human Resources, Management , or related field;
Master’s degree in Management
is an advantage.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in
People Development / Learning & Development , preferably within the
pharmaceutical or regulated industry .
Proven experience as
People Development / Human Development Associate Manager or Specialist , with strong
hands‑on execution
capability.
Strong expertise in
Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
and translating insights into structured learning roadmaps.
Solid experience in developing
soft skill, leadership, and behavioral capability programs
for managerial and leadership levels.
Experience in integrating
people development initiatives with performance appraisal and workload analysis (WLA) .
Proficient in using
HR systems (preferably WORKDAY)
for performance and development processes.
Good understanding of
ISO 9001 requirements , particularly related to competence, awareness, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Strong analytical mindset with exposure to
data‑driven HR / HR analytics .
Excellent
communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management
skills, with the ability to partner effectively with business leaders.
Experience in
training vendor management
and program budget control is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as a
senior individual contributor
with high ownership and accountability.
