Responsibilities

Design and develop new electrical and electronic components and systems for our air conditioning and home appliance products

Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into effective design solutions

Conduct technical analyses, simulations, and testing to validate design performance and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Document and communicate design specifications, technical reports, and project updates to stakeholders

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous product improvement

Provide support and guidance to junior team members, contributing to their professional development

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical field

Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to stakeholders

Proficient in CAD software, simulation tools, and product design methodologies

Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
