Within the Enterprise Data & Advanced Analytics domain, teams are building a growing portfolio of data products that deliver actionable insights across the entire business. The function is highly data-driven and is now beginning its journey into AI and GenAI, creating new opportunities to transform how decisions are made across complex industrial and energy environments.

Project Overview This role sits within their data and analytics programme focused on delivering insight-led solutions across large-scale energy, manufacturing, and operational environments. You’ll contribute to multiple data initiatives, supporting the delivery of analytics platforms, dashboards, and data pipelines that turn complex operational data into meaningful, decision-ready insights.

What You’ll Do Contribute to the delivery of multiple data and analytics initiatives within an enterprise portfolio Translate complex manufacturing, factory, and energy processes into clear data-driven requirements Work closely with solution architects and engineers on data platforms, dashboards, and pipelines Support the design and evolution of analytics solutions hosted on AWS Help define and maintain product roadmaps aligned to insight-driven decision making Enable workflow optimisation and operational efficiency through data solutions Partner with business stakeholders to ensure alignment between operational needs and delivery Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams to support effective delivery Support delivery in fast-moving environments that require adaptability and prioritisation

What You Bring Experience working in manufacturing, factory, energy, or automotive environments Strong understanding of data analytics concepts, including platforms, dashboards, and pipelines Hands-on exposure to AWS-based data solutions or cloud-hosted analytics platforms Ability to quickly understand complex operational processes Experience translating business needs into technical or delivery-ready requirements Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders Experience supporting multiple initiatives or workstreams concurrently Familiarity with agile delivery methods and tools such as Jira, backlog management, and roadmap planning
