Job Description
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals & corporate.
Lead performance management systems and employee evaluation processes to drive high-performance
Lead hiring to speed up the fulfillment of the manpower planning
Develop recruitment processes and methods that are effective and efficient, right on target, right on cost, and on time
Develop and manage training programs that support employee growth and skill development
Ensure company HR policies are compliant with legal requirements and best practices
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services
Qualifications:
Bachelorโs degree in Psychology/Human Resources/Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university
Minimum of 7-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
Experienced in the manufacturing/ mining industry is preferable
Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance
Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
willing to be located in Jakarta / Tangerang / area
