Marketing Talent Management

Job Scope Identify, source, and recruit talents who match the brand’s criteria for social media content and product promotion. Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with talents, influencers, and external partners. Act as a liaison between the brand, internal teams, and talents throughout the content creation process. Coordinate communication, schedules, and collaboration needs with talents. Ensure content briefs and campaign guidelines are clearly delivered and well understood. Monitor and support the content production process to ensure timely and high-quality output. Manage and maintain an organized and up-to-date talent database.

Job Requirements Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields is preferred. Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, and content creation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, outgoing, and comfortable meeting and interacting with new people. Proactive, persuasive, and able to negotiate effectively. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and attentive to accuracy. Able to build and maintain long-term professional relationships. Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team. Previous experience in talent management, influencer relations, or similar roles is a plus.
