Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Coordinate with the Principal to compile teachers’ teaching load data.

Oversee HR administration and maintain employee records.

Prepare HR reports and documentation for management.

Develop and implement policies and SOPs related to expatriate management.

Handle expatriate recruitment and onboarding processes.

Oversee end-to-end expatriat documentation processes (work permits, KITAS, visas, renewals).

Oversee all expatriate-related matters across multiple schools from the Head Office.

Serve as the main liaison with government authorities, immigration offices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources

Minimum 2-4 years experience as HR Supervisor, with experience in expatriat management.

Knowledge of Indonesian manpower and immigration regulations.

Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills.

Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
