Associate Technical Services Cross Technology Systems Integration Specialist Join NTT DATA, Inc. as an entry‑level Systems Integration Specialist in our Technical Services team. You will learn to configure, install, and support technical systems, gradually growing into a full technical specialist role.

About this role The role supports our TS Systems Integration team with configurations, installations, and less complex break/fix events.

You will work towards associate level certification while developing business knowledge and hands‑on experience.

Key responsibilities

Start owning portions of installations, break/fix incidents, and problem management during project lifecycle.

Collaborate with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements.

Perform less complex configurations and installations.

Attend less complex break/fix events during project lifecycle.

Provide support and work alongside Senior Associate / L2 and other senior support engineers.

Perform any other related tasks as required.

Required skills & qualifications

Basic understanding of technical design principles.

Understanding of fundamental project and administration processes.

Strong learning orientation.

Good verbal communication skills.

Client service orientation.

Hands‑on, proactive approach.

Willingness to work overtime if required.

Experience with deployments for less complex tasks.

Knowledge of two or more technologies (Data Center, Networking, Security, Collaboration, Customer experience, End User Compute, etc.).

Academic qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computing, or related field.

Relevant vendor certifications as required.

Required experience

Entry‑level experience gained in a similar role, preferably within a global IT services organization.
