Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the operation and management of automated production lines: ·Lead the team in the daily maintenance, inspection, debugging, and optimization often automated production lines to ensure stable and efficient equipment operation. ·Formulate and implement preventive maintenance and upkeep plans for equipment to reduce the equipment failure rate (MTTR) and increase the mean time between failures (MTBF). ·Respond promptly and resolve major technical breakdowns in production lines, ensuring the smooth execution of production plans.
Proficiency in process technology and continuous improvement: ·Possess an in-depth understanding of key process technologies such as mobile phone assembly, testing, and packaging, and be able to closely integrate equipment performance with product quality requirements. ·Lead the optimization and innovation of production processes. Continuously improve First Pass Yield (FPY) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through methods such as equipment parameter adjustments and process re-engineering. ·Collaborate with the quality department to analyze and resolve quality anomalies in the production process, proposing fundamental solutions from an automation perspective.
Excellent team leadership and objective management: ·Be responsible for the establishment, training, motivation, and daily management of the automation team (including technicians, engineers, etc.). ·Allocate work tasks reasonably to ensure team objectives are highly aligned with company production targets (such as capacity, efficiency, cost, quality). ·Foster multi-skilling and problem-solving capabilities among teammates, building a high-performance, highly collaborative technical team.
Project management and new technology introduction: ·Be responsible for projects involving the introduction, installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new automated equipment or production lines. ·Evaluate and introduce process and technology improvements to continuously enhance the factory's automation level.
Requirements
Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in automated equipment management within large-scale manufacturing enterprises (preference for industries such as consumer electronics, automotive, precision instruments). Must have at least 3 years of team management experience, with a successful track record of leading technical teams of 10 or more people. Candidates with experience managing automated assembly or testing lines for mobile phones or consumer electronics will be given priority consideration.
Core Technical Competencies: Profound process technology foundation: Deeply understand the connection between automated production and product manufacturing processes, and be capable of accurately diagnosing and solving complex problems at the junction of equipment and processes. Data analysis skills: Proficient in using office software and data analysis tools, able to drive decision-making and improvement through data (OEE, Yield, UPH, etc.).
