About Us Equinox Technology, an Indonesian hyper-growth company founded in 2019, is the one and only U.S.-based Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) startup in furniture and home improvement, generating 8-figure USD annual revenue.

We’re expanding rapidly and are hiring across multiple roles and departments, with at least 2 open positions in this division.

What You'll Do Manage day-to-day finance & accounting operations using QuickBooks Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting Handle AR/AP, invoicing, vendor payments, and reconciliation Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards (US GAAP preferred) Support audit, tax reporting, and external accounting partners Analyze COGS, inventory costing, and margins for retail & DTC operations Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Management Provide financial insights to support business growth and decision-making

What You’ll Bring 2–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (startup, retail, or e-commerce preferred) Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks (good to have) Solid understanding of financial statements, bookkeeping, and reconciliation Experience handling inventory, COGS, and multi-entity transactions is a strong plus Familiarity with U.S. market operations or international companies High attention to detail, structured thinking, and strong ownership Ability to work fast in a high-growth startup environment Fluent in English preferred (written & verbal)
