Job Descriptions

Implement selected interventions safely to relieve pain; achieve and maintain health and fitness, functional independence and physical performance, and manage the identified impairments, disabilities and limits to participation.

Screen for chronic and secondary conditions to promote prevention and early intervention.

Participate in department clinical in-service training.

Compile and maintain relevant documentation, records and reports for inspection by the appropriate authorities, both internal and external auditors.

Provide prompt updates on patients’ progress and teach a range of patient management strategies to family/carers.

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor in Physiotherapy

Working experience in a hospital or Rehab Centre set-up in the Return-to-Work Programme will be an added advantage

Experience in working with patients who have a range of conditions, including Neurological, Musculoskeletal, Cardiovascular and Orthopaedic.

Ability to exercise good judgment, initiative and resourcefulness in directing the activities of the assigned areas

Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
