Role Description
The Corporate Sales Trainer is a full‑time on‑site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This position is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive sales training programs to improve the effectiveness and performance of the sales team. Key tasks include designing training materials, conducting training sessions, analyzing sales processes, coaching team members on customer service best practices, and ensuring alignment with corporate sales strategies. The trainer will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall sales competency and driving the success of the organization.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Trainings and Corporate Training, with the ability to design and deliver effective training modules
Strong understanding of Sales Processes and strategies for optimizing sales performance
Customer Service and Sales skills that contribute to creating a seamless client experience
Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in leading training programs or mentoring sales teams
Adaptability and problem‑solving skills to address diverse training needs
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
