Compliance Officer

Responsibilities

Ensure the company complies with all applicable financial regulations and standards Ongoing review of changes in legislation and alerting management appropriately. Draft, update, and enforce internal rules that reflect both legal mandates and group-level governance Maintain up-to-date compliance checklists and reports Review, draft, and negotiate commercial, licensing, and vendor agreements Ensure necessary licenses/permits remain valid and are renewed timely Analyze compliance risks, conduct audits, and recommend corrective actions. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Management, Business, or similar 3 years in corporate legal/compliance, regulatory environments, contract law Strong in analytical skill. Industry certifications (e.g., CCEP, CRCM, CAMS) preferred. Placement: South Jakarta.
