About the Role We are looking for a

Customer Service (Mandarin Speaker)

who will play a key role in delivering excellent support to our customers. In this role, you will assist customers through various communication channels such as email, live chat, and other customer service platforms, ensuring that their inquiries and issues are handled efficiently and professionally.

What You’ll Do Handle customer inquiries and complaints through various channels such as email, live chat, and other customer support platforms Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Record, track, and follow up on customer interactions Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when necessary Provide clear guidance and support to customers regarding products, services, or platform usage Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude when interacting with customers Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience Support shift operations, including

weekends or public holidays , as required

What We’re Looking For Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written), minimum HSK 4 or equivalent Proficient in English Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service Able to operate computers and customer service tools (email, live chat, CRM) Communicative, patient, and customer satisfaction–oriented Willing to work in shifts (including weekends)

Nice to Have: Experience in the gaming / e-commerce / fintech industry Familiar with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or other helpdesk platforms
