Recruitment Intern

Responsibilities

PT SMART Tbk (Sinarmas Agribusiness and Food) is looking for Recruitment Intern, placement in Sinar Mas Land Plaza Sudirman, South Jakarta.

As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the Human Resources team in managing end-to-end recruitment activities for internship positions. This role involves sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals, administering psychometric and technical assessments (online and offline), coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers, and conducting reference checks. You will also assist in onboarding activities and handle daily recruitment administration to ensure a smooth, timely, and well-organized hiring process.

Requirements

Final-year student (no classes to attend) or Fresh Graduate, preferably majoring in PSYCHOLOGY. Experienced in operating Microsoft Office, especially Excel Proficient in English (verbal and written) Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively Strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and HR Development Willing to commit to a 6-month full-time internship (WFO) Available to join in this February
