We’re looking for a senior operations leader to define and govern how operations work across our delivery centers worldwide. We’re not your typical BPO—we’re rewriting the playbook. This role sits at the intersection of

WFM, operational reporting, performance management, quality, training, compliance, transitions, and innovation . You will own global operations standards and lead the teams that enable regions to execute them successfully.

What you’ll do: Define, maintain, and govern global operations frameworks, policies, and standards across all delivery centers. Lead global functions covering

WFM & Operational Reporting, Quality & Training, Compliance, and Transition Management. Drive consistent performance management aligned with client SLAs, quality expectations, and profitability targets. Support and govern operational transitions, ensuring fast, stable adoption of new clients, services, and technologies. Lead and develop global, multicultural operations support teams, influencing across regions without direct authority. Coordinate structured innovation programs (automation, BI, AI, tooling) with clear ownership, adoption, and measurable impact.

What we’re looking for: 3–5+ years managing multi-account operations in a global BPO (CX or CM). Strong WFM / reporting background with solid financial acumen. Proven global leadership of multicultural teams. Experience driving innovation as structured programs. Transition exposure is a strong plus. MBA or Business / Finance education preferred. English C1.
